Wait, what convention?
Unusual Convention
I was somewhat surprised to stumble upon an interesting event that transpired last year. An actual Special Forces Association Convention. Other than in 2001, I was unable to find earlier similar conventions on YouTube and there is supposed to be one in September 2022 according to the below source. This seems rather hokey in normal circumstances to have a “Special Forces Convention” when it's an organization that specializes in working in secret and then to publish this on YouTube, does not seem in line with Special Ops.

This is a phenomenal talk. Chris is hilarious. At the 38 min mark the following conversation ensues:
Audience member: "Can you talk a little about the threat that exists with the current President?"
Chris: From "where?"
Audience member: "China"
Chris: "…I think we are taking it the wrong way. I think irregular warfare, Special Operations capability are the way to go … don't attack your enemies’ strategy head-on. Use a different approach… we need to reestablish OSS". [OSS was dissolved in 1945]
Toward the end of the video 58 minute mark: "…We need to set up the OSS again, and we need to pull Special Operations out of the conventional military…pull us out. Make us an independent arm…let's just go ahead and set up this new organization that consists of special operations, intelligence assets, remember OSS had a huge role in economic warfare…(for instance, they bombed ball-bearing plants in WWII)…we need to update this national security thing”.
When Chris was speaking of establishing the OSS, could this have been an order, and he was trying communicating that they were re-establishing the OSS then and there? I believe this is a strong possibility. Think about the wording Chris used “let’s just go ahead and set up… we need to update…”.
Chris Miller was the acting Director of Defense in December 2020. Under the theory of continuity of government, could it be possible that Chris is acting Director of Defense currently? These are theories, but according to Cornell Law UNITED STATES v. THROCKMORTON, fraud vitiates everything. If a Presidency was set up fraudulently, then do they really have any legal authority? I submit that they do not. What would then keep them from exercising a continuity of government? Chis Miller in the below clip talks about being involved “in some of the most complex military operations ever conducted”.
Office of Strategic Services 1942 - 1945 (Maybe now)
Continuing on with the organization that Chris said needed to be implemented. This is an organization that was started in 1942 and discontinued in 1945. It served to help in World War II. Below is a video that highlights the OSS.

According to the following article written by Dino Garner entitled “What the OSS Taught us About Modern Warfare”, the OSS was WWII's best-kept secret. It is interesting to note that this was written by the Special Operations community in March of 2022. Are they trying to tell us something? This organization was created by Major General William “Wild Bill” Donovan “Regardless of the politically correct intel written about the OSS, it played mean and dirty and never advertised it. And for good reason: no war was won playing nice. Besides, the best advertising was word of mouth . . . their enemies telling other bad guys to beware of the demons that lurked in the dark. And the light.” this seems somewhat like the following clip.
Ghosts in the machine
In May 2022 the 4th Psyop Group came out with a recruitment video. Watch the following and observe some of the words that flash across the screen.
“A world at war”
“A war not of the body, but of the mind”
“A threat rises in the east (then shows the words “Russia invades Ukraine”
“Warfare is evolving”
“You’ll find us in the shadows at the tip of the spear”
This is the patch of the OSS (the tip of a spear)
All of this points to Irregular Warfare, which leads to the question, are we currently in an irregular type of war?

Department of Defense Press Conference
Chris Miller along with Ezra Cohen in the later part of 2020 made it official that Special Operations would be on-par with the military. Chis Miller also announced that Special Operations forces would answer to him.
As we enact these reforms, we follow the vision of President John F. Kennedy, who predicted the rise of Special Operations nearly 60 years ago. He foresaw, quote, "another type of war, new in its intensity, ancient in its origin, that would require a whole new kind of strategy, a wholly different kind of force, forces which are too unconventional to be called conventional forces, which are growing in number and importance and significance."
The Biden DOD requests information on Psychological Operations
On September 19, 2022, the Pentagon requested a review of clandestine psychological operations. This is evidence that they do not know what they are fighting. They need information. Why would they not already have this advantage? The following is a screenshot about this from Jon Herold AKA Patel Patriot on Truth Social.
He proceeds to share an article from Politico regarding the lack of transition that took place when Biden started his term.
Conclusion
I believe this communication by Miller at the said convention is part of the way that the armed forces is sharing intel with us. I think the only way we come out of this with the help of a continuity of government is for Americans to somehow come together. I think the purpose of this Special Forces Association Convention was not only a way for the troops to gather, but also for us to understand this irregular war more completely, and show further that the Special Operations Force evolving. I think Chris Miller wanted the public to hear about the OSS, and the changes that Special Operations are making, or have made, otherwise, why would this be on YouTube? His talking points coupled with all that took place in the transition or lack thereof reveal further that continuity of Government plans do exist and that Devolution is on point.
I believe, now more than ever, that we are in an irregular war, and as Trump said, “we are transferring power from Washington D.C. and giving it back to you, the people". Later on in his speech “We will be protected by the great men and women of our military and law enforcement, and most importantly, we are protected by God.”
We are winning this war. In the end, as they say, God wins.
